Byeselfie connects you with independent local creators. The creator shoots reels and photos on your own phone. You pay the creator directly, in person.
1. Find and book
Pick your city and dates. You only see creators who are available.
Send a request or book instantly. Chat with the creator and get a clear offer: time, meeting point, route, price and payment method.
When you accept, you pay a 20% booking fee online. This is the only money Byeselfie takes.
2. The temporary card hold
4 days before the shoot (or at booking, if the shoot is sooner), we place a temporary hold on your card for the amount you pay the creator in person.
The hold is never charged. We cancel it right after the shoot, or when the booking is cancelled. Your bank then removes it, usually within a few business days.
If the hold does not work, you get 24 hours to update your card. If the card is not updated, the booking is cancelled and your booking fee is refunded.
3. On the day
Meet at a public place. Show your 4-digit start code to the creator.
Pay the creator half before the shoot and half after, with the method agreed in the offer. You both tap to confirm each payment.

Cancellation
You cancel more than 48 hours before: full refund of the booking fee.
You cancel 48 hours or less before, or do not show up: the booking fee is not refunded.
The creator cancels or does not show up: full refund of the booking fee.
Bad weather or force majeure: refund or a free new date, by agreement.
